Overview

Responsible production continues to be of grave importance; the Food and Drink Special Interest Group will focus a half day centenary event showcasing some of the recent advancements in this area.

The conference has six talks from speakers from both industry and academic with a variety of backgrounds. Topics include computational modelling to further offline understanding before doing economically and environmentally costly trials, the application of chemical engineering principles to domestic cooling challenges and a recent innovation that uses pulp instead of plastic or glass with similar barrier properties.             

This webinar is aimed at all members of the Food and Drink Special Interest Group and those with an interest in hearing examples of how the food and drink industry is working towards more responsible production practices.
