Overview

Following on from the success of our March conference, Part 2 will be held at the Department of Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology, University of Cambridge. This conference will have a slight lean towards Academia (60%) with Industrial (40%).

John Bows, Chair of the new IOP Physics of Food Manufacturing Group will be our keynote speaker for the event.

Topics of discussion

Product - Microstructure design & characterisation.

Process - Scale up (industrial), automation, in-line monitoring and control, novel processes, process transformation.

Beyond - Factory of the future, industrial strategy, food technology, supply chain, agriculture.

Registration for the event closes on 16:00, 21 September 2018. We anticipate this event to be quite popular, so please do register early to avoid disappointment.
