Kaitlyn is a process engineer with experience in the oil and gas, minerals processing and construction industries.

Kaitlyn relocated to Adelaide after graduating from RMIT University and worked for a consultancy in their resources division focusing on upstream oil and gas. From there Kaitlyn went to work on the New Royal Adelaide Hospital construction project as a site engineer.

In her role as a process engineer, Kaitlyn has been involved in the engineering design of oil and gas well connections, pipelines and facilities, as well as the delivery of major infrastructure projects in South Australia. She also has experience in commissioning, project engineering and site engineering.

Kaitlyn is the current Chair of the Joint Chemical Engineering Committee (JCEC) in South Australia
