Overview

Air emission abatement and control can be used to reduce emission to a level that is safe for the environment to achieve legal limit Emission monitoring and reduction. Emission reduction can also be achieved without physical modification. Process control solutions can also help to control environmental constraint via different strategies.

Real-time monitoring of emission parameter ascertains number of gases emitted to environment thus it allows for continuous optimisation and compliance. Integration of predictive technologies with process control solutions enables more accurate and reliable monitoring thus helps ensure safer and efficient combustion process in the future.

EMICON is a complete solution to enable balance between emission compliance and energy optimisation. This talk provides some insights on EMICON solution development as one of enhancement of existing operation of auxiliary boiler.
