You will be assigned a dedicated IChemE account manager who will ensure that support is tailored for your organisation and is long-term. This could include:

• supporting your company and employees to raise your profile in the sector and beyond
• working with you to review training programmes, apprenticeships and qualifications that could become approved pathways to Professional Registration eg EngTech, RSCiTech, or Chartered Engineer
• help to create and adapt professional development programmes and apprenticeship training schemes to ensure you build a well-qualified, capable and competent workforce
• networking with other employer partners and where appropriate other communities of IChemE members  
• developing an IChemE Accredited Company Training Scheme (ACTS) or an approved apprenticeship scheme
