An enthusiastic audience from academia and industry attended the Get Chartered event for Academics in the Department of Chemical Engineering at University College London. The event was organised by the London and South East Coast Young Members Forum.

Heather Black, the Regional Support Executive at IChemE, provided attendees with helpful information on the benefits of getting chartered with IChemE and most importantly on the requirements and the steps for the CEng application.

The event was a success and there were many stimulating questions raised from the audience which led to an interactive and engaging discussion. At the end of the talk the participants had the chance to meet the speaker for further questions while enjoying the refreshments.
