Webinar: Strengths, Weakness, and Sustainability of Continuous Chemistry
  • Date From 16th February 2023
  • Date To 16th February 2023
  • Price Free of charge, open to all.
  • Location Online: 12:15 GMT. Duration: 35 minutes.

Overview

We discuss the benefits and limitation of continuous (flow) chemistry in chemical manufacturing. Flow could halve the costs and improve sustainability for Net Zero aims. Yet, the benefits of flow are not equal for all the processes – we discuss typical chemistries where the benefits are the highest and the lowest.

Dr Nikolay Cherkasov, Managing Director, Stoli Chem

Nikolay Cherkasov received his PhD from Moscow University (Russia). Afterwards, he was a postdoc at Hull and Warwick universities authoring 50+ publications. In 2016, he co-founded Stoli Chem – a technology company that reduces chemical production costs and energy consumption.
