Overview

This course will help senior executives and board members explore and understand their role in embedding sustainability at every level of an organisation.

Senior leaders set the tone for their organisation and its sustainability outcomes are a result of their engagement and focus. On this course, you will explore how the drive towards more sustainable business practices provides a fresh perspective, examine the human and cultural elements of workplaces and identify critical issues using real situations and decisions faced by boards and executive teams.

Facilitated discussions and interactive sessions will help you to consider your access to information, understanding of key issues and ability to make cogent and timely decisions that respond to the concerns of the public, regulators, staff, contractors and investors.
